Former HGTV star Chip gaines His five children teaches a valuable lesson.
While he and his wife Joanna Gaines cancel their great brood and expand their growing Magnolia empire, the couple recently opened over struggles to find balance and peace “within the tensions of life.”
Chip, 50, recently shared how he wants their children to embrace “the joy of the journey” instead of exclusively concentrating on success.

“For me, the reward is not when I get my destination. That’s how I took the waves away,” Chip wrote in the last issue of Magnolia Journal. “How often was I willing to take big swings, even if it meant that I had lost my foot. How often did I dare to turn because of danger but deep pleasure.”
He continued: “Although there is nothing inherently wrong with moments of comfort and delay, I am sometimes worried that our world has put those ideals on a pedestal. Happiness has begun to look like convenience and success as finish lines.”

“I already know that this kind of images will be fed to my children every day of their lives. I don’t want them to have an unrealistic or discouraging alternative: the joy of the journey.”
The “Fixer Upper” star Added that everyone is going to get the end for which they are destined and believes that the person you become dependent on the choices you make in life.

Chip and Joanna, 46, were already parents when they were launched to star in 2014 with “Fixer Upper” on HGTV, who came from the Home Flipping Business Chip and joanna joined after they were married in 2003. Joanna’s blog about their experiences caught the attention of producers.
After five seasons, the Gaines continued from HGTV and launched their own media company with Magnolia Network in 2020. A version of “Fixer Upper” was re -launched on the channel, as well as other shows for home improvement.

With their growing Magnolia empire, Joanna admitted that she had the feeling that she “did not succeed in balancing her life,” while struggling with five children and a thriving activities in her 1920s and 30s.
