US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (Ice) has arrested an illegal alien from Guatemala In MassachusettsIt was accused of several counts of rape of children.
Ice said that 49-year-old Jose Fernando Perez in Framingham, Massachusetts, was taken into custody on 2 February. He was previously accused of three counts of forced rape of a child and three counts of worsened rape of a child.
“Jose Fernando-Perez is accused of some horrible crimes against a minor in our commonwealth,” said Ice Enforcement and Removal Operations (EO) Boston Onderend Field Office Director Patricia H. Hyde. “He is precisely the type of extraterrestrial being that we focus on our ‘worst first’ policy. He was a considerable danger to the children of Massachusetts, and we will not tolerate such a threat to our community.”
According to Ice, Fernando Illegally entered the US On an unknown date and location, without being inspected, admitted or conditionally by an immigration officer.

In December 2005, Fernando was presented in the court of Lynn before leaving the scene of an accident with material damage and for inaccurate license plates to the vehicle. He was eventually convicted of the charges on October 19, 2012.
He was again in the court of Lynn on April 19, 2022, but this time for rape a child by violence.
The court rejected the case for an indictment in the Supreme Court, Ice noted.

On May 16, 2022, ICE served an immigration retention against Fernando at the County House of Correction, although the Essex County Superior Court ignored the detainer and left him free on October 6, 2022.
Fernando was arrested on 2 February and since then, ice officers have served him a message to appear at the Ministry of Justice for an immigration court. Ice said that Fernando is currently in custody.
