The cause of death for “Virgin River” star The mother and stepfather of Callum Kerr has been unveiled by the French authorities.
According to A report from the BBCPublic Prosecutors in Rodez published an update on the death of Andrew and Dawn Searle after their bodies were discovered last Thursday in their house in South France.
Post-Mortem exams revealed that Andrew died hanging on hanging and Dawn suffered: “Multiple strokes in the head with a bone and sharp judge.”

“The research is underway, in particular to determine whether the tragedy was the result of a domestic crime followed by suicide or a third party,” said the statement, which shows that additional toxicological tests were planned.
Dawn was partially dressed with a “serious head wound” in front of the house of the couple on 6 February, with a box of jewelry nearby, but “no object or weapon that was able to cause the injuries.”
Firefighters responded to De Alert and then discovered Andrew, who also had ‘no visible defensive wounds’ at home.

De Telegraaf reported that the couple, both in the 60s, 10 years ago, had moved from Scotland to the area and was known and liked in the community.
A public public prosecutor for the area, Nicolas Rigot-Muller, initially told the outlet: “Both died violent deaths, but I cannot conclude that both were a murder. All hypotheses are still being investigated.”
A statement posted on Kerr’s Instagram read, “At this time, callum kerr and amanda kerr are the loss of their mother, dawn searle (née smith, kerr), While Tom Searle and Ella Searle are Mourning the Loss of Their Father, andrew Searle.

Kerr, who also appeared on the British soap “Hollyoaks,” his mother walked through the aisle on her wedding to Searle in 2023.
