Cutting coffee from the morning routines would be a foreign concept for most caffeine enthusiasts in this country.

But a CEO claims that Coffee Has the opposite effect of what she expected.

Nadya Movchan, CEO of London-based communication company Movchan Agency, said Fox News Digital that she feels more energetic than ever since she kicked her coffee habit.

“I woke up and I realized that I had more energy than ever,” she said. “No brain fog, no fatigue, No headache. It was really great. “

“I think that for many people and for me coffee was an addiction,” she said. “If you can’t function without anything all day, that’s an addiction.”

She added: “At the moment, when I wake up in the morning, I can have a glass of water, and I am ready to go. I just couldn’t.”

For this reason, Movchan said that stopping coffee “is worth trying” – although it is not an option for everyone.
