The non -Geidified student was treated in a medical facility and released.

Monroy was booked in the Lafourche Parish Correctional Complex where he is held on $ 500,000 bail.

In addition, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has also set an extra hold on its release, the Sheriff office told Fox News Digital.

“This is another pointless act of violence committed by someone who should not be in our country,” Landry said in response to the arrest. “Samples such as these are the reason why the federal government opens Guantanamo Bay. We are with our victims.”
