For many people, the food that is served at Super Bowl parties is just as well a draw, if not more than the game itself.

But with many people who try to maintain healthy diets and at the same time have fun, FOX News Digital spoke with a doctor for weight loss to see what she is planning to serve this super bowl and for food tips that do not derail health goals.

“One of the things I like to have served (is) baked (IS) chicken wings -Not baked, baked, “Dr. Sue Decotiis in New York City told Fox News Digital.
To make this, Decotiis “Bastes (with) only a small, little bit of oil”, along with herbs to add taste without adding calories, she said.

“And they are really great. You can have four or five pieces for fewer than 300 calories,” she said.

She also focuses on what she calls ‘substantial foods’ that fill it.
“I don’t serve any mess. No processed food. I think that’s the key,” she said. “And you can still have a good time.”

She also makes swaps. For example, she uses a protein -rich Greek yogurt for the base of her dips instead of Fattier, processed foods.

“And then you only have tons of vegetables and you make them as long strips of celery, cucumber or asparagus – even green beans – you can dive into it right away,” she said.

Decotiis also seems to prevent them from serving overly salt food to her guests, because it ensures that they drink more – and consume more calories.

“The thing is, no matter how good you are with your food, you will probably drink most of your calories,” she said.

As an alternative, Decotiis offers “different types of sparkling water”, as well as SAP for mixers for alcoholic beverages, she said
“You just don’t want a lot of sugary sweet drinks,” she said.

Decotiis advises everyone – regardless of whether they are the guest or host – to “appear very well hydrated for these parties”.
She said, “Because if you are not, you think you are more hungry than you are and thirsty than you are.”
