Tennis legend Martina Navratilova says she hates ‘Democrats who have completely failed’ in protecting women’s sports


Tennis legend Martina Navratilova criticized Democrats on Wednesday after president Donald Trump Signed an executive order to protect girls and women’s sports.

Trump signed the “No men in women’s sports” Executive order from the eastern room of the White House. The order gave federal agencies the authority to ensure that entities received federal financing received to the original title IX standards.

Navratilova, a lifelong Democrat who has defended an honesty in women’s sports, has ridiculed the other side of the aisle because he could not do what the president did.

“I hate that the Democrats have completely failed women and girls about this very clear problem that the sport of women is only for women,” she wrote in a post on X.

It’s not the first time Navratilova the political party criticized Because you no longer do to protect women’s sport. She expressed her frustration last month when the House of Representatives approved the protection of women and girls in the Sports Act. Only two Democrats voted with Republicans for the bill.

“More dems have to come up here. I know many who agree, but are afraid to speak because of re -election. I say the right one. Grow a back,” she wrote on X.

Before Trump signed the executive order, the Minister of Witte Huis Karoline Leavitt begged the Senate to record the bill for a vote because executive orders could be destroyed.

“It is incredibly important that congress immediately acts on this priority,” Leavitt added. “I think the president really sets the tone, making this a very immediate priority for this administration, just as he promised to do on the campaign track.”
