Bondi has issued a directive with regard to ‘diligent advocacy’. Bondi said that the responsibilities of DOJ lawyers include “aggressive enforcement criminal laws adopted by the congress, but also strongly defend the presidential policy and actions on behalf of the United States against legal challenges.”
“The discretion that lawyers of the Ministry of Justice have offered with regard to those responsibilities does not include a latitude to replace their personal political views or judgments with those who ruled the elections,” said the Memo.
“When lawyers from the Ministry of Justice refuse to perform their role faithfully by, for example, refusing to promote good wedding arguments or refuse to sign briefs, it undermines the constitutional order and the president of the benefit of his lawyers,” goes the Memo further, “the memo continues.

The relocation represents a large reversal of the position of the Ministry of Justice on the death penalty under the Biden administration. In 2021, Biden de DOJ allowed a moratorium to publish on federal executions.
In December 2024, Biden committed the penalties of 37 of the 40 criminals on the federal death cell, that president Donald TrumpIn his executive order about the death penalty, described as the “most mean and sadistic rapists, child abusers and murderers on federal death.”
Bondi said that she is now also instructing the Ministry of Justice to reach justice for the families of the victims of the 37 murderers who had converted their death sentences.

It is expected that their missions will expand – specifically Vulcan’s – with a new focus on destroying the Aragua.
Also on the cartel front, Bondi gives up the DOJ office of legal policy to find legislative reforms to focus equipment designed to make fentanyl pills and xylazine, a new deadly medicine, to plan III of the controlled substances act .

In the meantime, on 7 October, Bondi will also create a new joint Task Force on holding Hamas for his crimes against Jews during his terror attack in Israel on October 7, 2023. The Task Force will also achieve “righteousness for victims and terrorist fighting antisemitism.”
The Task Force on October 7 will pursue criminal charges if applicable against Hamas; Find the arrest and extradition of Hamas leadership; And research anti -Semitism in the United States.
Bondi also sends the FBI to the staff of the Joint Task Force with staff “considerably experienced in investigating terrorism.”
Apart from those guidelines, Bondi de DOJ draws up to confirm the termination of all programs for diversity, equity and inclusion (dei) in the department by 15 March. She also demands the removal of all references to dei in training programs – in particular the emphasis on race and sex -based criteria and the re -concentration of recruitment and promotion guidelines “exclusively on merit”.
Bondi will also collaborate with the Ministry of Education to ensure that educational institutions that receive federal subsidies will adhere to ‘fair admission practices’.
Bondi, an old public prosecutor and former Attorney General of Florida, has sworn not to use her position to promote a political agenda and testified to the Senate Judges Committee that “politics must be taken out of this system”.
Bondi told the legislators in January that the “bias, the armament” at the Ministry of Justice “will have disappeared.”
“America will have one level of justice for everyone,” she said.
Before Bondi was confirmed, Fox News Digital exclusively reported that the Trump minister of justice was more than a dozen important officials who worked on the team of former special counselor of Jack Smith who continued Trump, after acting attorney -general James Mchenry said the agenda from the president. ”
