Ever gets craving for a ooey gooey protein pizza cookie? We are with you with that one.
Fortunately, we have a recipe for a cookie-packed protein that tastes as good as sound. This is your favorite restaurant cookie dessert, made only with less sugar and way more protein.
Even if a dessert of this size may look like an indulgence, sometimes you just want a deep cookie dish-and completely okay!
This pizza cookie is made using low-calorie sweeteners such as monk fruit or stevia, along with sugar-free maple syrup. The monk fruit is high in antioxidant and contributes to blood glucose regulation, stevia has a low glycemic index, and maple syrup may have the properties of cancer fighting (1).
When choosing a powdered protein for this deep dessert, choose a whey version of any taste you like. In our video, we chose Vanilla!
