CD: This is an incredible experience. The energy in Philly is electric, and when we are in a championship, the whole city feels behind us. The locker room is obsessed, and the team’s chemistry is at high time. Everyone is locked and dedicated to the same purpose, and it is an honor to be part of something special.
MFP: How does the culture in Philadelphia motivate you and belong to the Eagles fanbase as a player?
CD: Philly fans are next level – they are enthusiastic, honest, and responsible. You can feel their energy on the day of the game, and it urges you to give you everything you get. You don’t just play for the team; You are playing for the city.
MFP: What role does nutrition play in your performance, especially in a long time with poor games?

Staying light but strong is key for me, so I focus on lean proteins, fresh vegetables, and healthy fats to maintain my energy without feeling weight. MFP: Are there any specific foods or foods that you swear to stay in the peak conditions for your paper?

Staying hydrated is also huge for me, so I keep drinking water and adding electrolytes as needed.

CD: It’s all about routine. Nutrition, sleep, and mental games are great. I make sure I’m getting the right fuel, keeping my recovery at the point, and spending time resetting the mind. The mental game is as important as physical or nutrition, especially at this level.
MFP: Looking forward to the big game, what do you think will be the biggest challenge for you as a player and for the team as a whole?
CD: The biggest challenge is to maintain the focus of razor and physical explosion through the whole game. As a cornerback, I have to be prepared to lock my assignment in every play, and as a Punt Returner, I keep thinking about positioning and making split-second decisions. But I couldn’t help but be a huge moment. It’s easy to get caught in the hype, but at the end of the day, it’s another game. We are preparing for all time, so about sticking to what we know, trust in our preparation, and leave everything on the farm.
