Everton’s director David Moyes says he should be reconciled to January transfer window goals and is “truly surprised” by the situation in the market.

Everton Transfer News: ‘We’re Interfered with’

Friedkins to help Everton ‘Challenge’
“Everton is a huge club and should compete with many of the country’s big clubs and, we hope, spent in a way that is difficult for big players available,” Moyes added.
“I’m starting to understand a little more about the PSR. It prevents us. What I really want to bring to Everton now is not what I can do. ”
Moyes is optimistic that the Friedkin group, which took over December 19, will give Everton more transportation.
