The mayor said he will not be intimidated by a person who refuses to stand up against another person who believes “he is a supreme being.”
Johnson too accused Trump of rejecting the US Constitution by carrying out its responsibilities.
“If they want to have a real discussion about people without papers who are criminals, they must look at the individuals who have made my people slaves and colonized this country,” said Johnson.
Earlier in the press conference, another reporter asked the mayor if he had weakened the rhetoric about the relocation of the civil war.

“I still believe that there are people who have not accepted the results of the Civil War, and here is the thing: I said that before this government took on,” Johnson said. “Unfortunately I am right. I mean, you have a whole administration that is looking to remove federal protection for the people who are most vulnerable.
“So no, my position has not changed,” he added.
The mayor’s statement comes more than a week after he has doubled a vow to oppose the radical reform of Trump aimed at removing dangerous illegal immigrants accused of crimes from the US as soon as he returns to the Oval Office.

On day one of his second term, Trump issued ten executive orders to revise the American immigration legislation and policy, and since then armed federal immigration agents have wiped cities in the first deportation -raids.
