Exclusive: Washington – an earlier identified Anti-Trump FBI agent The protocol is said to be a crucial role in opening and promoting the original investigation of the agency with regard to the 2020 elections, so that president was tied up Donald Trump Until the probe without sufficient prediction, whistleblowers who were obtained by Senator Chuck Grassley revealed.
That Trump research was formally opened on the FBI on April 13, 2022 and was known in the desk as “Arctic prince,“Fox News Digital has learned.
Chairman of the Senate President Chuck Grassley and Permanent Subcommissie for research chairman Ron Johnson shared internal FBI -Emails and predicating documents – legally protected whistleblocking – excluding with Fox News Digital.

The senators say that the documents prove that the emergence of the federal election interference brought against Trump began in the hands of FBI Assistant Special Agent responsible Timothy Thibault.
FOX News Digital reported exclusively in 2024 that Thibault had been fired from the FBI after he had violated the Hatch Act in his political positions on social media. Previous whistleblowers claimed that Thibault had shown a “pattern of active public partiality” that probably had influenced the studies with Trump and Hunter Biden.
Grassley first publicly revealed the existence of the whistleblower revelations during the confirmation hearing of the Senate Committee for Trump’s candidate to serve as FBI director, Kash Patel,.

One e -mail, obtained and assessed by FOX News Digital, Thibault unveiled communication with a subordinate agent on February 14, 2022.
Thibault said: “Here is the design opening steel that we have discussed”, and attached material that would later become part of the voter shop of Special Counsel Jack Smith.
Another e -mail, sent by Thibault on February 24, 2022, to a public prosecutor in the office of the American attorney for the District of Columbia, John Crabb, explains: “I have had a discussion with the case team and we believe that There is predication to record former president of the United States Donald J. Trump as a predicted subject.
Sources, however, said Fox News Digital, which Thibault took the action to open the research and involve Trump, even though they are unauthorized to open criminal research in his role – only special agents have the authority to open criminal research.
Another e -mail, sent on the same day, notes that he would request approval from the attorney -general Merrick Garland and FBI director Christopher Wray to open the case.
Subsequently, an e -mail on February 25, 2022, sent by a subordinate agent, Michelle Ball, to Thibault that they have added Trump and others as a criminal subject to the case.
Thibault replied: “Perfect.”
The fifth e -mail, assessed by FOX News Digital, reveals that Thibault mail a version of a research opening e -mails for approval. However, this E -mail did not include Trump as a criminal subject.
The sixth e -mail, from 11 April 2022, shows Thibault that the opening of Arctic Frost approves, and the next E -mail, on April 13, 2022, was from an FBI agent to Thibault which stated that the FBI deputy director the director was the director Opening approved.
Another e -mail assessed by FOX News Digital shows that Thibault Doj Mails John Crabb e -Mails who reports that the voter shop has been approved.
Crabb replied: “Thank you very much. Let’s talk next week.”
“Between March 22 and April 13, there were other versions of the document that opened the investigation, because a ninth e -mail demonstrated that the FBI General Counsel’s office made operations on 25 March,” said Grassley during the confirmation of Patel Thursday . “Is Trump still removed as a research topic? If so, which Ministry of Justice and FBI officials – other than Jack Smith – added him later for persecution?”
The e -mail data seems to show that an official in the public integrity section of the Ministry of Justice, Richard Pilger, has assessed and approved the Arctic Frost investigation of the FBI, as a result of which DOJ authorized to continue with a full investigation into the Veld Criminal and Grand Jury that eventually changed to special council Jack Smith’s Trump election case.
Grassley, in 2021, published a report that expressed concern about Pilger’s record at Doj.
Fox News Digital reported this for the first time in July 2022 Grassley warned Attorney General Merrick Garland that Thibault and Pilger “were deeply involved in the decisions to open and strive for election-related investigations against President Trump.”
At the time, whistleblowers told Grassley that the predictive document from the Thibult-Pilger study was based on information from “liberal non-profit American supervision”.
In the opening memo of the investigation into the upper levels of the Doj for approval, however, whistleblowers claimed that Thibault and Pilger “removed or weakened material connected to the aforementioned left -wing entities that existed in previous versions and recommended that a full investigation – no preliminary investigation – Be approved.
Based on Smith’s Scope Memo, Grassley and Johnson wrote in 2022 that the Thibault-Pilger study was included in the jurisdiction of the special counsel.
They also pointed out that Smith had an earlier relationship with Pilger. Smith was in charge of the Public Integrity Unit of the Doj, while Pilger was in charge of the branch of the election crimes.
Grassley and Johnson started the alarm in 2022 that special counselor Jack Smith “supervised a study that was reportedly defective in his first steps and a study that his former subordinate (Pilger) was involved in opening.”
Former attorney general Merrick Garland named Smith, a former Official of the Ministry of Justice, As a special counselor in November 2022.
Smith, a former assistant -Marican lawyer and chief of the Doj’s Public Integrity section, led the investigation into the preservation of classified documents by Trump after leaving the White House and whether the former president’s investigation of the federal government to the case Hurled.

Smith accused Trump in both cases, but Trump did not argue.
