Florida Man, 88, would have killed his wife, tried to make a murder look like a suicide


A Older man in Florida is accused of killing his wife and organizing the stage to make her death look like a suicide, according to the police.

Miroslav Maksic, 88, is confronted with a murder attack at the death of his wife, Milkka Maksic, 76, North Port Police said.

The incident happened at about 3 hours on Sunday in the 2700 block of Halladay Street in North Port, Florida.

Officers responded to the scene after receiving a phone call about a person who was dead by suicide and found the victim’s body.

The police started an investigation in combination with the office of the medical investigator and found that the woman did not commit suicide, but earlier, her husband organized the scene to make it look like she was taking her own life.

Details were not released about how the victim was killed.

Miroslav Maksic was booked on Monday evening in the Sarasota County Jail Without binding.

“This is a tragic situation, but I am grateful for the dedicated work of our researchers and the office of the medical researcher who worked diligently to quickly discover the truth,” said Todd Garrison, North -Port Police chef Todd Garrison in a declaration.

“Justice for the victim and the loved ones is our top priority, and we continue to commit to the responsible accountability for their actions,” Garrison continued.
