Neymar insists he “gave everything to play” for Al-Hilal, despite his contract with the Saudi Arabian club that ended after just seven games.
Brazil forward joined Al-Hilal in August 2023 by Paris Saint-Germain in an agreement of £ 77 million and agreed to a reported salary of £ 129 million a year.
However, an injury to the knee continued to play for his country in a World Cup qualifiers against Uruguaya only two months in his Saudi career, saw him sidelined for a long time.

The 32 -year -old is widely expected to return to the Boyhood Club Santos in Brazil. Neymar made over 150 appearances for Santos before joining Barcelona in 2013.
In a farewell message to Al-Hilal fans, Neymar wrote on X: “To everyone in al-Hilal, to the fans, thank you !!
“I gave everything to play and I wish we had enjoyed better moments on the stadium together …
“For Saudi Arabia, thank you for giving me my family a new home and new experiences. I now know the real Saudi Arabia and I have friends for life.
