Ali Fedotowsky-Manno’s husband, Kevin Manno, was diagnosed with a form of thyroid cancer.

Manno, a radio and TV -guest lord, revealed that he was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer after doctors had found two “malignant places on his right side”, in addition to possible cancer in a lymph node.
“We recently discovered that @kevinmanno has papillaire thyroid cancer. Fortunately it is a very treatable cancer,” she subtitled a video. “He has 2 malignant places on his right side and it seems that it is also in one lymph node, but we will not know for sure until his operation.”

She added: “Please share any experiences you have with thyroid cancer, and we are specifically curious about stories related to whether you or someone you know had removed their entire thyroid or half of it with the cancer only on one side. If the surgeon comes in there and determines that the whole thing must be removed, anyway, we will of course continue with that.

In a joint video that was shared on Instagram, Kevin said: “We always try to be very open and honest to you. We are open books with our lives. We want to give you a quick update about something here in the Manno Family, But I’m not stressed about it.

“I know that Ali recently shared that I had to go for a scan, a biopsy, and then as a CT scan, and it came back that I have thyroid cancer, But I’m not crazy. It’s all good. “
“Eventually it came in a lymph node,” Ali said before Kevin was added, “which is still easy to remedy.”

“We don’t want to play down what cancer is and what it means for so many people,” said Ali.

“The prognosis is very good. You say positive or negative, I don’t know. But it looks good,” Kevin said before he added that he is hopeful for an operating date of 10 February. “We’re going to switch it off and it will be behind us.”
“I say a bit that Kevin is too positive about it,” Ali admitted. “That’s where I need my mind to be,” said Kevin. “I am not supposed to be stressed, you know?”
