NetflixI am selling OC is back on Netflix!
The streamer confirmed on Friday, January 24 that the series will return for Season 4, with production already underway and a release date to be announced at a later date.
“A lot has changed in the real lives of these agents since Season 3, so it’s exciting to be back there,” the series creator Adam DiVello said in a statement on Netflix. He teased that there are “a lot of new faces” this time around — watch out, Orange County.
“They’re just crushing it out there,” DiVello said of his team of high-end real estate agents.

The OC edition features the company’s founder, Jason Oppenheimas well as his employees Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Brandi Marshall, Jio Hello, Kayla Cardona, Polly Brindle, Austin Victoria and Tyler Stanalandthe source of lots of drama both on and off screen as he re-enters single life amid split from ex-wife Brittany Snow.
“He basically came on set saying — after we all started becoming friends and trusting each other and bonding over trauma — he told us, ‘Oh yeah, my wife (Snow) said we’re actually getting a divorce. , because I kept the show going,” Hall, 35, said in a May 2024 podcast interview.
Hall had felt compelled to share her side of the story after being accused of flirting with Stanalend35, before his separation from Snow, 38.
