Barcelona are reportedly considering moving May’s Clasico clash with Real Madrid away if the refurbished Camp Nou is not ready in time.
Barca’s revamped stadium has already been delayed and there are fears it may not be completed for the match scheduled for the weekend of May 10-11.
The Catalan club have already extended their temporary stay at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys in Barcelona until the end of April, but this deal cannot go beyond that date with the venue set to stage a series of high-profile concerts in May.

On Clasico weekend, the Rolling Stones have been booked to perform at the Estadi Olimpic, leaving Barca in a race against time.
The report on local radio station SER Catalunya says the club will consider taking the game to a “big European stadium”, although no details were given.
If forced, Barca would have to seek permission from La Liga and the Spanish Football Federation, as well as Real Madrid.
After 20 rounds in the top flight, Madrid lead the standings, two points clear of Atletico. Barcelona are third, five points behind.
