Philippe Clement says Rangers will attack Manchester United tomorrow night after already proving this season that they can rise to the occasion.
The Glasgow giants will face a United side lacking in form and confidence, but still possessing a wealth of European experience.
It means Rangers will start the game as underdogs, but Clement feels his side showed in their recent 3-0 drubbing of Celtic in the Old Firm derby that they have the ability to beat anyone on their day.

He said: “We have our game plan as we always do.
“I don’t believe in parking the bus in front of the goal and hoping nothing happens and scoring on the break.
“We will look to play to our potential, but we have to see the quality of Manchester United, as we have in all European games.
“I’m not concerned with Manchester United and whether they have high confidence or low confidence.
“We had it a few weeks before the Old Firm and nobody gave us a chance and the team showed what they can do in big moments.
“It’s about focusing on ourselves and what we want to do.
“I am convinced that our team can hurt any opponent, but we have to be very united and work very hard without the ball, we have to do a lot right to get a good result here.
“But the team is in a good position as they have done it several times this season. We are all motivated to get a good result here.”
Clement is not interested in the ‘noise’ around United
All eyes will be on United after manager Ruben Amorim labeled his players “perhaps the worst team in the club’s history”, but Clement is solely focused on getting a win which would allow Rangers to take a huge step towards the knockouts of the Europa League.
He added: “We know what to expect but we have to focus on ourselves and not on the noise around Manchester United.
“We have to show our skills and get the best out of each other.
“It’s been a long time since Rangers won in England so we have to go for the challenge.”
