From the victory American Idol, Carrie UnderwoodLife was much more than just a dream.
The Oklahoma native shot to fame in 2005 after winning the fourth season of the televised singing competition. Following the success of her debut single “Inside Your Heaven,” which made her the first country music artist to reach No. 1 in Billboard Hot 100 chart, she released her album Some hearts.
And Underwood’s career was just beginning. On the heels of “Jesus, Take the Wheel” and “Before He Cheats” taking over radio stations, she won her first two Grammys, including Best New Artist in 2007.
She was awarded in 2018. with a star on The Hollywood Walk of Famebut her greatest achievement is becoming a mother. Underwood shares two sons, Isaiah and Jacobwith husband Mike Fisherwhom she married in 2010.
