
The Siesta key the actors certainly made waves in and out of their Florida town.
Two years after MTV aired series finalemany cast members continue to hold fond memories of the reality series.
“One that stands out the most is from Season 1 when we went to Bimini,” Kelsey Owens exclusively speaking Us Weekly. “On the way home, the cast and crew boarded a ferry together and spent the trip singing, dancing and just hanging out. It may sound small, but it always stuck in my memory because it was such a pure moment. The show hadn’t aired yet, everyone was getting along, and we were just young, carefree and living in the moment, not realizing how much things were going to change.”
For five seasons, cameras followed a group of young adults as they navigated friendships, relationships, careers, breakups and make-ups in their Florida coastal town.
To this day, many of the show’s stars say they get questions from fans who feel like they know them.
“People always ask me if I’m still close with the rest of the cast. Yes!” Madison Hausburg shared with us. “I’m friends with all the girls! We are all extremely supportive of each other. No matter how much time passes, I believe that we girls will always have a very unique, unbreakable bond.
Another common question Amanda Marie Mizell always gets is “Was it real?”
“Some of it was enhanced to make the TV more interesting, but my story was really so real and I think that’s why viewers connected with me,” she said. us. “I’ve always come wholeheartedly as my true self and it’s been wild watching me grow up on TV. I can’t help but laugh at some of the things I actually said! I feel like I’ve been so young and I’ve grown so much.”

Madison Hausburg

Madison and her husband, Ish Sotoremain happily married with a daughter named Sunday. While living briefly on the West Coast, the family returned to Florida to enjoy a slower pace of life.
“My wedding will always be my favorite memory Siesta key,” Madison shared before recognizing her son who it was stillborn in 2021 “I will forever be grateful to MTV and the producers for such a special day. I was seven months pregnant with my son Elliott and having these memories captured on camera means everything to me.’
Kelsey Owens
In May 2024 Kelsey is getting married Max Strong at the dream wedding ceremony. In their first year of marriage, the couple has been working on renovating a home they are looking forward to moving into. They also started a photography business called MKB Photography.
As Kelsey looks forward to starting a family “in the next few years,” she couldn’t help but think about the sisterhood of Siesta key voices.
“No matter what drama or challenges we’ve faced, I truly believe that if a cast member calls out to another who really needs help, we’ll be there for each other,” she said. “Filming the show created a bond that’s hard to explain. It’s just there.”
Juliet Porter
Since Siesta key ended, Juliette continued to work on her line of swimwear and resort wear called JMP The Label. She also ventured into the world of podcasting, hosting the Don’t Be Funny podcast with Sebastian Genta.
“There was nothing left for me in Siesta Key and I was ready for a change,” Juliet said Page six in 2022 “I didn’t realize how boring I was living in the city I grew up in.” We were doing the same thing we always did. It became a routine.
Gareth Miller

Happily married to Makenna QuesenberryGarrett and his wife now call Georgia home while enjoying the great outdoors with their three dogs.
“I focused on fitness and wellness,” Garrett shared us. “I launched a fitness app called Fourth housewhich offers personalized 1-on-1 coaching for clients looking to change their health and lifestyle. It was amazing to combine my passion for fitness with helping others achieve their goals.”
After five years on the show, Garrett still remembers all the scenes with Makenna. “Without a doubt, every scene I shoot with my wife stands out as my favorite,” he said. “Those moments felt the most real and meaningful, and it was so special to share that part of my life with the audience.”
Amanda Marie Mizell

Since the show ended, Amanda got married JJ Mizell and welcomed a daughter named Mia. “Transitioning from my independent traveling wild self to being a wife and mother has been quite a challenging journey,” shared Amanda with us. “But I’ve grown so much from it and I have so much love for my family. I couldn’t imagine my life any other way now!”
Between freelancing in the film industry and helping local businesses with their advertising and marketing, Amanda can’t help but remember some wild rides with her colleagues.
“As traumatized as everyone else is by this, I really loved shooting on the island!” she said. “It was such a unique experience that I know is once in a lifetime and I cherished every second of it.”
Camila Cattaneo

After the show ended, Camila founded her own influencer agency, Astro Social Agency, where she worked with some of her co-stars. On a personal note, she met an “amazing boyfriend” named Bradley Knotts.
“It was a beautiful relationship,” she said us“and I am grateful for this exciting chapter in both my personal and professional life.”
Camila remains grateful for the support she has received from fans after revealing in a Siesta key episode that she had an ectopic pregnancy. “So many shared how that moment helped them not feel alone or scared and how deeply emotional that scene was for them,” she said. “It really touched me to hear how he connected with so many people on a deeper level.”
Dear Gesueli

Kara says goodbye to Siesta key and hello to ranch life with her boyfriend, Michael Weary. When she’s not working as a nurse at a local hospital, she looks after donkeys, chickens and ducks at her ‘happy place’.
Of all the scenes she shot for Siesta keyKara remembers one particular moment with Jordana Lexus.
“We were rollerblading and we were terrible at it – we kept falling and so on. – in the middle of serious talks,” she said. “It was very funny. Shooting Palm Island was such an amazing experience too. Even though I was aware that I wasn’t exactly wanted there, I didn’t really give up… The island was stunning.”
Lexi Salameh

After the show ended, Lexi moved from Miami to Delray Beach, where she worked in real estate. Outside of work, she spends time with friends, stays active and focuses on personal growth.
“I’ve also enjoyed building new relationships and settling into this slower, more relaxed chapter of life,” she told us. “It was refreshing and I’m excited to see what’s next!”
After documenting her dating life on reality TV, Lexi said she still gets advice from young women. “My advice is to trust your instincts,” she said. “If something doesn’t feel right, it’s okay to put yourself first and walk away. It’s not always easy, but choosing your own happiness is worth it in the long run.”
Robbie Hayes
After leaving Los Angeles in 2022, Robbie returned to his home state of Florida, where he obtained his real estate license. He also continues his work in social media and marketing Jake Peterson through their agency, Rebel.
To this day, Robbie still gets asked about throwing Chloe Troutmanthe phone in the water. His favorite memory, however, involves an infamous trip.
“Greece. Hands down, he said. “And what’s going on there…”
Chloe Troutman
Happily married to Chris LongChloe is now a mother after welcoming Forrest in July 2024. The self-proclaimed housewife remains focused on overall health and beauty and stays away from drama.
“Jesus gave me salvation, another year to love my husband and our little boy Forrest this year,” Khloe wrote via Instagram in September 2024 “I have done nothing to receive such gifts. Thank you Lord for this life.”
Brandon Gomez
While Brandon has been trying to keep his personal life off social media since then Siesta key ended, the musician continues to work on new tunes. He also seems focused on spending more time with his son Quincy, who he shares with his ex Delaney Salek.
“Happy birthday Q!” he wrote via Instagram in June 2024 “I love you son. More life and blessings to come. I’m proud to be your father and I miss you so much. We will be together again soon.”
