“Loved being with you this week!” Joanne wrote in the comments section. “It felt so easy for families to be together. Can’t wait for next time!”

Joan and Chuck spend their first holiday season together after getting engaged The Golden Bachelor season 1 finale, which aired in November. As he gushed over their combined family, Chock exclusively recalled Us Weekly the first thing his daughter said after he and Joan got engaged.
“Do I have a stepmom?” he shared of his daughter’s question in a November us cover story. “(She and Joan) should meet in their hometowns. They just got along great. They talk two or three times a week. And my daughter is related to Joan’s daughters. We blend families together.
As the couple embarks on their new chapter, Joan and Chuck exclusively said us their plans for the future include finding an apartment in New York.
“This first year, obviously, we have to figure out life. Chuck has a business in Kansas. I have children and grandchildren in Maryland. I’m not leaving Maryland, but he has duties in Kansas,” Joan said us. “We know we’re going to spend some time in Maryland and Kansas, but then we have this really fun plan because we’ve both always dreamed of — and we’re finally at this weird stage in life to make that dream come true — that we live in a big city, and specifically we’ve always wanted to live in New York. Chok surprised me and said, “I want to go find a place.”
