Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidmanson, Connor Cruisegave a rare glimpse into his life as he celebrated his 30th birthday.
Connor shared a series of birthday photos and tributes posted by his friends via his Instagram stories on Friday, January 17.
“Happy birthday Hermano,” one friend wrote next to a photo of him, Connor and more friends posing with Philadelphia Phillies mascot Philly fanatic. Connor re-shared the throwback photo, writing: “Thanks bro!”
In a follow-up story, another of Connor’s friends shared a photo of the two standing in front of a black pickup truck.
“Happy 30th bro,” read the caption, which Connor re-shared with a series of praying hands emojis.
An additional friend also posted a photo of Connor rocking a Santa suit and cheekily posing for the camera.
“20 years and 2 million deep adventures, happy birthday bro,” the friend wrote alongside the photo. Connor replied, “I love you bro!”
Several of the congratulations from Connor’s friends included photos of him participating in one of his favorite pastimes: fishing. One photo shows Connor and his friend on a boat as they both hold two giant fish they caught in the ocean. An additional post showed Connor and another comrade smiling from the stern of the ship as they navigated open water.
“Happy birthday my dad,” read the caption. “Experience it.”
Connor thanked his friend, writing: “My man!”
Another friend posted a video of Connor reeling in a fish. That same friend also shared a candid shot of Connor sitting on the ship with his fishing rod, waiting for the creatures under the sea to bite.
Connor is one of Tom and Kidman’s two children. Besides Connor, the exes who were married from 1990 to 2001, they also share daughter Bella32. Both children were welcomed through adoption after Kidman suffered a pregnancy loss.
“From the moment Tom and I got married, I wanted to have babies,” Kidman said Vanity Fair in 2007 “And we lost a baby early, so that was really very traumatic. And then we would adopt Bella.
Although Connor comes from a famous family, he stays away from the limelight and keeps his personal life low-key. In December 2023 Tom posed with the two children as the trio attended the Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Florida Panthers game.
“Good evening Wow, look who stopped by my office before our @tblightning game tonight! @tomcruise,” former NFL player Derrick Brookswho was also at the NHL game, wrote via Instagram at the time. “I was a bit starstruck but I played it cool and he said he was too! 😂😂.”
