Christina Haack will be liable to pay estranged husband Joshua Hall part of the proceeds from the sale of their $4.5 million Nashville residence.

Haak, 41, was ordered to pay Hall, 44, $150,000, according to new court documents obtained by Daily Mail.

“Not later than five days after the closing of escrow, (Christina) is ordered to deposit $150,000 from the sale of the home into (Josh’s) attorney-client trust, which is interest-bearing on a restricted basis,” the document states.

According to Daily Maila judge issued the order in October 2024. The documents were filed earlier this month as Haack retained new legal representation.

Haack and Hall had been married for two years each filing for divorce in July 2024 Earlier this month, Christina on the beach the star confirmed that the divorce has not yet been settled.

“(We’re) not even close,” she said to Jeff Lewis Live on January 9. “I heard we’re going to court. It will be fun. I can’t wait.”

According to Haack, her estranged husband “doesn’t want to mediate” a settlement.

“(The court) hasn’t ordered me yet, but he wants (money) from me,” Haak told the radio host Jeff Lewis. “I should have given a little something, but then he bought a Bentley. I gave him money to live on and he bought a Bentley, but he also has no job.

Hall has not spoken publicly about Haack’s latest allegations.

“Hall is unavailable for comment as he continues to live his life in the present and celebrates his beautiful new girlfriend’s birthday,” his spokesman said usreferring to Nashville based model Stephanie Gabris. “With that said, it’s sad that Christina has to resort to low-balling her ex Josh to promote her new show. She needs to focus on her new friend and stop talking about Josh. As the great Mariah Carey once sang, ‘Why are you so obsessed with me?’ We wish Christina all the best.”

us confirmed earlier in January that Hall was seeing Gabris after splitting from Haack. The HGTV star, for her part, also has an rhas reportedly moved on with CEO Christopher LaRocca.

This was Haack’s third marriage. She was previously married to Tarek El Moussa and Ant Ansteadrespectively. Haak and El Moussa, 43, have daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, while she has son Hudson, 4, with Anstead, 45.

As for Haak, she hasn’t ruled out remarrying in the future.

“I’ll Always Love Love,” Haack said us on the January cover. “I probably will (remarry) eventually. But not soon.”

According to Haak, she must first “be committed for a minimum of five years.”
