“The View” co-host Joy Behar already mourned President Biden’s absence from the White House on Thursday after the president’s farewell address, saying, “I miss him already.”
“I miss him. He’s a good man. You know, he’s taken care of the country for the last fifty years. This other (Donald Trump) has been scamming everyone for 50 years, you know, trying to stay out of jail. You know who I’m talking about. I really miss Biden. I feel like we were safe, like I didn’t have to worry: was something going to explode? I could live my life while he was there,” Behar said.
“Every day I wake up and I worry: What is this man going to do next?” she said of incoming President-elect Donald Trump.

Liberal media hosts praised the president’s speech, which commentators called one of the “best,” “most memorable” and “down-to-earth” speeches of his life.
MSNBC host Rachel Maddow focused mainly on the parts of Biden’s speech that warned of a tech “oligarchy” threatening the country and concerns about the free press after Meta announced it would end fact checks on its social media platforms.
“That’s stark and down-to-earth, and like I said, it gave me a chill,” Maddow said. “I think he’s right, and I’m glad he took the time to say it.”
