Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim was delighted to see his side come from behind to beat Southampton at Old Trafford.
A Manuel Ugarte own goal saw the hosts trail until the final 10 minutes, before some magic from Amad Diallo rescued the Red Devils.
The 22-year-old scored a 10-minute hat-trick, completing the comeback and lifting the team to 12th in the Premier League table.
And while Amorim was relieved and pleased with the result, he couldn’t help but play down his players’ weakness throughout.
He said: “In the end it is good. A very difficult game, a game of two halves. They did a very good job at Southampton. Create space between lines.
“Number 20 (Kamaldeen Sulemana) with a lot of space. We found it very difficult to stop this player. When they lose their physicality, we find the space to use. The feeling is that we have so much to do – the team is really tired.
“It seems like a lack of enthusiasm. Ugarte late and Maino late, Bruno Fernandes out when the ball is in.

“One transition and Yoro can’t catch the guy – little things push the team back and then we get nervous.
“Today it wasn’t a lack of enthusiasm, it was a lack of control of the game.
“It was a win, it was good – let’s keep going.”
Amorim stopped to praise Diallo, who dug the former Sporting boss out of a hole.
He added: “Even in the first half, every time Amad gets the ball he can push the ball.
It pushes the other team into the final third – that’s very important. We didn’t play well, but right now, winning is the most important thing.”
The man himself was delighted to win the match ball and went so far as to suggest that United can win every game thereafter.
Diallo said: “”I feel good. I’m so happy to have scored my first hat-trick at Old Trafford. But for me, the most important thing was to win this game and I’m happy for the club that we were able to win it.
“I am very happy for the goal against Liverpool and also today. But the most important thing was to win and I’m happy about that.
“I think the team believed until the end. Today we showed that we were the best team on the pitch. We went to win this game and we did it in the end.
“It’s important to win. This gives us confidence for the next match. We have to continue like this and play like this. I believe in this team. We can win every match. In the end we showed that we were very good.”
