Dennis Richards remains silent about his stay Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test season 3, but shed some light on her journey.

“It was the most challenging thing I’ve ever done, ever, ever,” Richards, 53, exclusively said Us Weekly on Sunday, December 1st while attending The Hollywood Christmas Parade in support of Marine Toys for Tots.

Asked if she was “happy” to have competed on the Fox reality series, Richards said with a laugh, “I’m glad I did, but I would never do it again.”

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test is gearing up for an even more intense season in January 2025. “I need to talk to her,” Richards said. “I think it was a different experience for her.”

During her time on the series, Richards said she bonded with numerous cast mates. “Trista Sutter is someone I write to all the time. And Marion Jonesshe said us.

News broke in November that Richards had been selected along with 15 other recruits – including SutterJones, Kyla Nicole, Brody Jenner, Cam Newton, Stephen Baldwin, Kerry Hart and more.

During the show’s five-week run, fans will watch as the celebrities attempt to tackle “the toughest, most grueling challenges from the playbook of the actual Special Forces selection process” while training in Wales, England, according to Fox. There are no votes or eliminations for the series.

Season 3 of Special forces includes stars trying tasks including “a high-pressure hostage rescue, a treacherous ladder crossing between sheer cliffs almost 100 feet above the sea, boat immersion training where they will be submerged in the cold ocean and tasked with basic survival duties, immersion in surfing, where they will have to control their panic in an exercise that takes them to the brink of drowning and much more.

The exercises are led by former special forces personnel; Management Staff (DS) Agents. Rudy Reyes, Mark “Billy” Billingham, Jason “Foxy” Fox and Yvonne “Q” Quarles.

Season 3 of Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test premieres on Fox on Wednesday, January 8 at 8:00 PM ET.

The Hollywood Christmas Parade airs on The CW Saturday, December 14 at 8:00 PM ET.
