The princess of wales was spotted in Reiss Thea Chelsea Boots not just once, but twice! The first one it was last fall when she wore them to the Avengers Outing, pairing them with a striped sweater, straight-leg jeans, a barn-style jacket, and some earrings. The second it was a day later in scotland in a sinclar outfit with some dark washed jeans, a green plaid quilted jacket and some drop hoops.
