RHOBH's Dorit Kemsley Hopes For PK Marriage Update In '6 More Months'

The Real Housewives of Beverly HillsDorit Kemsley gives an update on his marriage with P. K. Kemsley.

“We’re standing in exactly the same place we were at the very beginning,” Dorit, 48, said on Tuesday, Jan. 7. RHOBH After Show when asked where she and PK stand after announcing their separation in May 2024.

Dorit continued, “There is movement, but it’s just not forward, it’s left to right. I would like to move forward and consistently try to advocate for it.

“Ask me in another six months. Hopefully I’ll have a better answer,” she added, noting that she and PK, 57, have “work to do” to resolve issues between them.

During Tuesday’s episode RHOBA, Dorit remembered to cost Bozoma Saint John marriage counseling session with PK in which he allegedly yelled, “This is why I want a divorce and I don’t want to be married to this woman.”

On After ShawDorit described the alleged comments as a “dagger in the heart”.

“It wasn’t like a reasonable, ‘Listen Dorit, I’ve reached a point in our marriage where I want a divorce.’ You don’t know if it’s reactionary. It’s like, “Wait a minute, that’s the first time you’ve said that.” Those are serious words,” she said. “I have a right to know your feelings. I don’t understand.”

As for whether the couple will get together or proceed with divorcenot sure Dorit.

“Am I getting ready for a divorce? am I not It is such a mind…” she explained to Bozoma. “When we’ve made up (and) we’re at peace, (he says), ‘Oh please, I’m saying things!’ It’s so hard.”

Dorit also told Bozoma that the uncertainty about whether or not she and PK would divorce part of the reason she didn’t tell their children — son Jagger, 10, and daughter Phoenix, 8 — about their split.

“He and I need to figure it out so I can prepare them. That’s one of the biggest reasons why I didn’t want to tell them right away,” she shares. “It’s a game of ping pong. I don’t want my kids to have to deal with that.”

Dorit and P.K announced their separation last May after almost a decade of marriage. “We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage. We’ve had our struggles over the past few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children,” the couple wrote in a statement shared via Instagram. “In order to preserve our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children, we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time and reevaluate our relationship while prioritizing our children.” We appreciate your love and support as we continue to do the necessary work on this journey. Speaking of Us Weekly extremely before the premiere, Dorit said that she and PK have yet to discuss an actual divorce.

“We’re navigating this period,” she explained. “I really hope that wherever we go – I think if we get back together – there’s a lot of work to be done. You don’t get to that place and you want to just jump back in the saddle without having done the work that you know is necessary to enjoy the marriage and have the communication that you really need.”
