
Nikki Garcia is in its era of movement!
The former WWE star — who rose to fame by the stage name Nikki Bella — returned to where it all began on Monday, Jan. 6, to celebrate the WWE premiere Monday Night Raw on Netflix.
Garcia, 41, joined current and former WWE stars on the red carpet at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, in her first major red carpet appearance since settling her divorce by a ballroom dancer Artem Chigvintsev in November.
The WWE Hall of Famer rocked a strapless red leather corset and matching pants for the occasion on Monday.
Garcia’s return to the red carpet comes two years after she and her sister Bree Garcia ended their relationship with WWE and two months after she and Chigvintsev – who share a son Mateo, 4 – divorced last year amid domestic violence dispute. “Nikki and Artem have settled their divorce and will not be going to court,” Garcia’s rep said in a statement to Us Weekly at that time. “Both parties decided to lift the domestic violence restraining orders against each other in an effort to move on with their lives and effectively parent their son.”
The statement continued: “Nikki’s number one priority has always been her son and the privacy of the matter. She is grateful for all the love and support she has received during this difficult time.”

42-year-old Chigvintsev was arrested in August after an alleged altercation with Garcia in Napa, California. at that time us confirmed that the dancer was arrested for domestic violence and charged with domestic violence. He was released on bail the same day. (In September the prosecutors refused to charge him.)
A week after the news of his arrest, Chigvintsev and Garcia both filed for divorce.
In December, Garcia addressed her split with Chigvintsev for the first time on an episode of her and sister Bree’s podcast, The Nikki and Bree Show.
“I was heartbroken. You dream of having this family and you have this incredible love, and things just go in the opposite direction. You go from a great love story to a terrible one,” she said.
In a later episode of the podcast, Garcia said that she didn’t have a “day without tears” after settling her divorce with Chigvintsev. “I just know that situations like this, a divorce, whatever it is, it takes a part out of you,” she said. “You need a part of your heart that will never grow back or never be replaced, but the question is, ‘How do we make that part of you that has become strong?’
Garcia and Chigvintsev began dating in 2019 after competing together on season 25 of Dancing with the stars in 2017 The couple welcomed their son Matteo in 2020. and went on to marry in 2022.
