In her Rising Star acceptance speech at the Palm Springs International Film Festival on Friday, January 3, Grande, 31, joked about her youthful glow from crediting her “good friends Botox and Juvederm.”
She has since clarified that her comments were made in jest.
“Oh, my joke! My part – joked Grande Entertainment tonight on Friday after the ceremony. “I’m still clean but when I start again I’ll let you know. I mean. I really want to be transparent as a beauty founder.”
Grande, who founded REM Beauty in 2021 she also noted that it had been several years since she had last used botox and other similar products.
“I love him and support him, but I’m still four years clean,” he said Wicked star added. “See the lines? I love them.”
Grande said earlier she stopped getting both botox and lip fillers in 2018
“Being exposed to so many voices at a young age, and especially when people have things to say about your appearance at a young age, it’s really hard to know what’s worth hearing or not,” she told Vogue in September 2023 “When you’re 17, you don’t know that yet.”

But I think as I’ve gotten older, I don’t like that behind it anymore.”
Grande stated that her beauty journey was all about “hiding”.
“I want to see my well-deserved tears and smiles,” emphasized the Golden Globe nominee before Vogue. “I hope my smile lines get deeper and deeper and I laugh more and more and I just think that getting old can be such a beautiful thing.”
