“We’re seeing whole new sides of Ginny and Georgia,” star Brian Howie exclusively speaking Us Weekly in 2025 WWD Style Awards on Friday 3rd January. “I feel like (surprising) because we’ve already seen so many sides of them, but here it is, there’s more.”
Howie, 35, portrays the titular Georgia in the multi-season Netflix drama about a young single mother who moves her family to Wellesbury, Massachusetts after a scandalous past. Ginny and Georgia also stars Antonia Gentry (Georgia’s daughter, Ginny), Diesel La Torraca (Georgia’s son, Austin), Felix Mallard (Felix Baker), Sarah Wiseglass (Maxine Baker), Scott Porter (Paul Randolph) and Raymond Black (Joe).
A third season was renewed in May 2023. with few confirmed details other than this one latest batch of episodes will hit the streaming giant later this year.

While talking to us on Friday, Howie teased just three adjectives to sum up the storylines.
“Oh my god: it’s inspiring and heartbreaking and hysterical,” quips Howie.
Ginny and Georgia season 2 dropped on Netflix in 2023, in which Georgia and Austin finally discover their mother’s murderous past. By the finale, Georgia is arrested on her and Paul’s wedding day for murdering Cynthia’s husband, who lives in Wellesbury. (Georgia kills her friend’s terminally ill husband after learning that Cynthia blocked Austin Gill’s father’s request to move to Wellesbury.)

She comes from a good place,” Howie said earlier us in January 2023. “She’s trying to put this man out of his misery and she’s trying to help this woman move on and not feel guilty about it and try to keep that pristine image of Zach’s father for Zach.” But yeah, that’s exactly what brings down the house of cards.”
Now that filming for Season 3 has wrapped, Howie is enjoying both the red carpet glitz at events like WWD Awards for style and the quiet moments of domestic life with her 18-month-old daughter and her husband, Matt Ziering. (Howie gave birth in June 2023 (but has not publicly shared her daughter’s name.)
“My happy place is with my daughter,” she gushed on Friday, before going on to share Ziering’s most romantic moment. “It was maybe a few years ago, but he surprised me with (a) hotel room, flowers and champagne, and you really can’t go wrong (with that).”
