Savre, 36, posted a carousel of holiday photos featuring myself and McKidd51, packing the PDA on a Christmas trip to Scotland via Instagram on Wednesday, January 1.
“I had a very Merry Christmas… 🎶 Hope you did too! 🥂 🎄,” she captioned the post.
Among the carousel was a video taken by McKidd of the pair kissing. McKidd told Saver that he doesn’t “take good pictures,” which is why he took the picture before telling her “I love you.”
Kevin McKidd and Daniel Savre have gone from playing work colleagues on screen to starting a romance in real life. The Shondaland actors were first romantically linked in June 2023 after they were photographed packing on the PDA in Italy’s Lake Como. Other pictures show the couple getting into the holiday spirit. One featured the actors posing in matching Christmas tree outfits, while another showed them looking into each other’s eyes in front of a Christmas tree.
More pictures showed McKidd and Savre pictured outside a festively decorated local pub. Separate shots captured Savre indulging in a cocktail at one of the establishments, and another shot showed her sipping a pint of beer.
The Shondaland actors were first romantically linked in June 2023 after they were photographed packing on the PDA in Lake Como, Italy. But it seems that not all fans of McKidd and Savre have yet realized that they are an item.
“Wait… I missed a MAJOR chapter. Or was it the rough start? 🚀 🔥🙌,” one follower commented on Savre’s post.
Others were just as shocked by the lovey’s Instagram post, with another follower commenting, “Wow, I was years old today when I found out these two were together IRL. 😂 happy new year!”

It is unclear when McKidd and Savre’s relationship first became romantic. However, they first appeared in a crossover episode of their respective shows in February 2020.
McKidd and his ex-wife Ariel Goldratt — with whom she shares son Aidan, 6, and daughter Nava, 5, — left it in early 2022. The actor was also married before Jane Parkerwith whom he shares son Joseph, 24, and daughter Jonah, 22.
Savre, meanwhile, was previously linked to a hockey pundit Andrew Contis in 2019
