Like so many parents, the cast of Teen mom I can’t believe how much their kids have accomplished in one short year.
“2024 has been such a memorable year for our family!” Cheyenne Floyd exclusively shared with Us Weekly before celebrating the festive season in Paris. “Both kids have inspired us with their curiosity and big hearts, and we couldn’t be more proud of all they’ve accomplished this year!”
For Floyd, the months were packed with her children juggling schoolwork and family time along with sports activities and even a few modeling gigs.
Maci Bookout experienced a different kind of reality when her son, Bentley, officially transitioned from toddler to teenager as he turned 16 in October.
“Never forget how special you are,” Bookout, 33, wrote via Instagram on his birthday. “Keep it up Benny!”

Leah Messer
“2024 it’s been an unforgettable year for our family,” the 32-year-old Messer shared us. “Ali and Aleeah have started their freshman year of high school by joining both choir and band – and they’re really loving it!”
But those weren’t the only achievements for the Messer kids this year.
“They’re also preparing for a big milestone: testing for their driver’s licenses,” she continued. “Addie started middle school and made the exciting decision to join the cheerleading squad. It was a year full of firsts and exciting moments!”
Jade Klein
The Teen Mom: The Next Chapter the star is so impressed with how her daughter excels in school.
“A huge milestone for Kloie this year was learning a new language,” Klein, 27, revealed to us. “Kloie does a Spanish immersion program at school and has done great this year. It really amazes us how quickly young children learn another language. It’s amazing and we’re so proud of Kloie.”
Maci Bookout
While it was a huge deal to celebrate Bentley when he turned 16, Bookout is also ecstatic about what her kids are up to with her husband Taylor McKinney fulfilled.
“Jade was inducted into the National Beta Club at school!” she said us. “Maverick Makes Tennessee Wrestling National Dual Team!”
Cheyenne Floyd
“Ryder had an amazing year at school where she really shined academically and socially,” Floyd, 32, told us when she gushes about the daughter she shares with her ex Corey Wharton. “She also featured in an amazing Halloween and Christmas campaign with Disney Storewhich was a huge milestone for her.”
As for her son Ace, shared with husband Zach DavisFloyd is impressed with his athletic ability.
“Ace has continued to thrive in sport – he has a passion for football and swimming and we are so proud to watch him master new skills,” she shared. “At home we celebrated Ace’s creative side as he filled our house with his beautiful paintings.”
Taylor Selfridge
“Milla is learning Spanish at school this year and knows how to say her morning prayer in Spanish so that’s great because Cory and I have no idea what she’s saying,” Selfridge, 30, joked us. “Maya is not at school yet, but it has been amazing to see her grow into a toddler. She is such a little cutie and so smart.”
Selfridge also praised her stepdaughter for her many talents, including her time owning the stage.
“Ryder had just done his first play where he had his own solo song,” she recalls. “It was so sweet to see.”
Caitlin Lowell
Raising three girls at home remains an adventure for Mom teenager I star and her husband Tyler Baltierra.
“Rya started preschool,” Lowell, 32, said us. “Vaeda started Kindergarten and Nova turns 10 on New Year’s Day!”
Mackenzie McKee
When she doesn’t plan it a dream wedding to Christian Hall or working as a fitness trainer, McKee, 32, enjoys quality time with her growing children.
“My oldest son (Gannon) and I were able to have some conversations that really made me realize it is to become a teenager,” she said us. “In three years, he’ll be the age I was when I had him, and I wanted to have the conversations with him that I wish people could have with me at that age. It made us closer and hopefully it made him always open and honest.”
Where does the time go? Teen Mom premiered on MTV in 2009, and the children of Catelynn Lowell, Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout and Farrah Abraham are all grown up. After the original season of Teen Mom, Lowell, Bookout, and Portwood expanded their families. Lowell and her longtime partner Tyler Baltierra, whom she married in 2015, share daughters (…)
Along with Gannon, McKenzie shares a daughter, Jaxie, and a son, Bronx, with her ex-husband Josh McKee.
“My daughter (Jaxie) went through this crazy transition where we went from baby dolls to skin care products,” McKee continued. “My youngest son (Bronx) was really born different, but every day it makes me realize how much he and I are alike.”
