9-1-1: Lone Star I went out with a thunder, literally, after Asteroid struck Austin During the final of the series on Monday, February 3rd. Typically, the 126s are first – leaving a lot of life in danger.

Warning: Spoilers below from Season 5, Episode 12 of 9-1-1: Lone Star.

The finale of the series began one hour before the asteroid was tuned to touch Austin as a professor at the State University of Travis, revealed that the college had its own nuclear reactor.

When the scientist learned of the upcoming natural disaster, he was on the other side of the campus and eventually returned to the Laboratory of Science to try to hit the “Scram button” and turn off the nuclear reactor. Unfortunately, he slipped and hit his head less than two minutes until the asteroid touches.

Meanwhile, the firefighters and the paramedics of 126 called their loved ones and were preparing for a fire at the fire department. Although the house was spared by the asteroid – it suffered a massive shockwave and broken glass – the university was not so lucky.

After the Call Center 9-1-1 returned to action, Owen Strand (Slave) and his team headed to the university and found that the asteroid struck the nuclear reactor building and overheated.

Owen then led his team to the Science building to try to find the Scram button and turn off the reactor before the full crash. When the tank breaks, it is damaged to each member of 126, the injured Owen continues to look for the Scram button.

With less than a second to save Owen, he turned off the nuclear reactor and saved Austin from extinction. However, he was heavily hurt – like his firefighters. His fate was unknown when the episode flashed for five months.

Owen Strand

Owen led the charge to the university’s control hall, where the cooling tank climbed. As soon as they arrived, the tank was torn apart and Owen was struck by something that made his country bleed. Owen still managed to reach the button for one second to the left, but fell to the ground after saving the day. When a paramedic arrived on the stage to check his living conditions, he didn’t look good.

Five months later, the cameras showed that the life of all others was moving forward, hinting that Owen might have died in the course of the on -duty. After a new captain was named after the 126th, viewers learned that Owen was alive and well and lives in New York. He accepted the work as the head of the department and returned to the service of the city in which he began.

Tommy Vega

In Season 5, Episode 11, Tommy (Gina tors) Learn that her cancer is getting worse and is warned that she has very little time to live. She began to see her late husband Charles (Derek Webster) as if she was there to lead her to heaven. While she seemed to sleep at the end of this episode, she woke up to the asteroid boom during the episode on Monday.

Tommy decided to help his team and the Austin people, even though he felt so sick. She managed to perform cranioscopy in the field to help D -r Hurmers wake up long enough to tell Owen where to find the SCram button. Then Tommy had an episode and failed to help further.

When the cameras lifted back, Tommy discovered that her tumors had disappeared and the experimental treatment was working. She is without cancer and managed to report this day to work.

Before the final, TK (Rubinstein) and his husband Carlos (Rafael L. Silva), I learned that because of their dangerous professions, they were not approved to become guardians of TK’s little brotherJonah. However, before hitting the asteroid, TK decided a new plan that promised to tell Carlos after they made it alive.

TK survived as well as Carlos, and the couple officially adopted Jonah as their son. (TK’s stepmother and the real father of Jonah is in prison for tax fraud.) TK is now a full-time dad after retiring from the 126s. He also hinted that his father Owen was no longer in The Firehouse. When TK returns to Firehouse – for the new captain who swears in – he confronted Owen, revealing that they are still in a relationship.

Jude Ryder

Jude (Jim Parrak) took responsibility during the nuclear scare after he and the other 126 were hurt. While Owen went to turn off the reactor, Jude tried to keep his friends alive. “Do it for the people you love. I love every one of you. I love you more than I love my own brothers. Keep yourself, ”he said, inspiring them all to fight.

Five months later, Jude went to register with Tommy and was the first to congratulate her on being in remission. He then went to Firehouse and was named the new captain of 126 – which is appropriate as he is the only one of the original squad that is alive (his original crew died during the premiere episode leading to the arrival of Owen in Texas) S Judd’s daughter, Charlie, present his new badgeAnd everyone, but Owen was there to celebrate.

Manjan Marvani

Manjan (Dash) marry Joe (John Clarence Stewart) During the last season and everyone was present. After being injured during a tank blast, Marjan admitted that he was feeling “so cold”. She survived the blast, and her new husband was also safe from the asteroid.

During the last moments of the episode, Marjan revealed that she was pregnant with their first baby and did not plan to stop being a firefighter after being a mother.

Matteo Chavez

Mateo (Julian works) He looked most in the blast, telling his family a firefighter: “I don’t know how long” I can hold. After Owen stopped the nuclear reactor to break out, Matteo was the first person to tell the paramedics where to find him.

After overcoming his injuries, Mateo had to face a judge about his possible deportation. (Earlier in the season, Mateo struck an undercover police officer and was arrested.) Mateo defended himself at the hearing and indicated his service before the city of Austin and America. Although he told the judge to “kiss my ass” if she did not think his work was talking about himself, she approved of his request to become a citizen and he managed to remain at 126.

Paul Strickland

Gender (Brian Michael Smith) became a mentor of a small child named Max (Miles McKena) during the second to the last episode of the series. When Max arrived at the hearth just before the asteroid blow, Paul became a figure of the Big Brother for him. Max even stayed in the back to help in Triage when 126 headed to the university to deal with the nuclear reactor.

Like his fellow firefighters, Paul was wounded at university, but he survived.

Carlos Reyes

Carlos was located in a call center 9-1-1 before the asteroid impact. He helped to cover Judd’s son, Wyaat (Jackson Pace), who was in a wheelchair and couldn’t be a cover for cover. No one in the call center was injured during the blast, but their communications were killed. Carlos proceeded to assist operators 9-1-1 as they toured all the disasters.

After almost the apocalypse, Carlos revealed that she was still working as a Texas ranger. He is still married to TK and they are raising Jonah together.

Nancy Jillian

Nancy (Bryana Baker) remained the captain of the paramedic until Tommy appeared in the fire department. She helped bring Tommy from university after her heroic efforts.

As a result of the natural disaster, Nancy looked at his friend Mateo to remain in the country. At the end of the series, they are still together – but they are not engaged as she does not believe in marriage.
