Taking to Instagram in the late hours of Tuesday, December 10, 50 Cent (real name Curtis Jackson), posted the deep fake and captioned it: “I want to post this but I’m afraid I’ll get shot. LOL 😆.”
The fabricated video put on the track “Sound of Da Police” by the rapper KRS-Onedepicts Jay-Z, 55, and Diddy, also 55, attending a social event as police officers handcuff the pair and escort them out of the fictional room.
The pair are then falsely represented as standing behind bars with champagne glasses in hand.
50 Cent’s followers were quick to comment on the video post, with one fan writing: “🤯 Whoever showed 50 how to use AI just opened a whole new can of worms,” while another wrote: “You can tell 50 has no skeletons in his closet the way he calls everyone. Real 💪.”
The deepfake post comes after Jay-Z and Combs accused of rape 13-year-old girl in the early 2000s, through a civil lawsuit refiled on Sunday, December 8, by an anonymous woman. The alleged incident is said to have taken place at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty. Both Jay-Z and Diddy have denied the allegations, while Diddy has also denied all allegations leveled against him since his Arrested on September 16.

After Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce were present on Mufasa premiere in Hollywood on Monday, December 9, with Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowlesand the couple’s daughter, Blue Ivy50 Cent shared photos from the outing on social media.
“Jay said they said I rapped (sic) a kid everybody get dressed we’ll see Mufasa LOL,” 50 Cent captioned a since-deleted Instagram post.
Earlier in the day, 50 Cent also appeared to hint at the controversy through a post on his X account that referenced the Super Bowl, sharing a popular meme of himself driving away. “Okay, I don’t know what’s going on, but are we still going to have a Super Bowl. 😟,” 50 Cent captioned the post X. “Just asking for a friend.”
While the frivolous jabs keep coming, 50 Cent also expressed genuine concern about Jay-Z’s legal troubles in an interview with a radio host A big boy for Monday’s episode of BigBoyTV.
Clarifying his post X, 50 Cent said he’s curious about what the allegations mean for next year’s Super Bowl halftime show, which will be headlined by Kendrick Lamar. “I’m asking about Kendrick. I’m just trying to figure out if we’re still doing everything,” 50 Cent explained. (Jay-Z’s Roc Nation is producing the 2020 halftime show.)
50 Cent also predicted that the NFL could completely end its partnership with Jay-Z. “They’re going to back down … the NFL, they’re not necessarily going to be associated with it,” 50 Cent said in the interview.
