Corey was a member of the North Virginia skating club who mourns the loss of figure skaters on Thursday.

“Roger and his wife were killed at home with their son from the ice skating championship in Kansas,” the publication said. “Corey was an amazing skater with a very bright future with the American skating team. Recently, in a conversation with Roger, he was excited about his son’s future, and it seemed honor that my wife and I plan to travel north to see Corey introduce himself. We all expected Corey to present his country at the US Olympics in the future. “
A total of 67 people were killed in the plane crash on Wednesday, including the aforementioned figure skaters.
